Are more details of his plan coming up? I know he thinks the endless fight between heroes and villains is ridiculous but I'm unsure what exactly he's doing about it.

First he’s preparing for the war. As for his plan, well he plans to use the morals of the heroes and villains against them. Killing and the law to destroy their system

Looks cool. Ngl though my first reaction was it looks like he closed a waffle maker around his head. Like you see the hinge at the top and the line is the split between the two halves.

Will the 3 rings come into play later on, he has hope willpower and rage, correct? Blue green red? Just noticed they weren't in the pic.

Dex-Starr has them. David is mastering his own powers now, and slowly surpassing Black Bolt by going beyond what he went.

Oh that sounds awesome, what direction are you going? Shouting holes in reality/destroying galaxies or more fine control and using it to vibrate something to pieces or something like that?
