Mio's character didn't die, he was wheeled into the hospital by Bible's character and that's when the Dr. treated his head wound.

If you continue to play some outro music in the future, coud you please lower the volume? It was really hard to hear your afterthoughts over the music.

My theory is that Thyme is approaching Great because of his family after seeing Great's name on the flowers he left at the hospital. It's like he's trying to find a good angle to get on there. I think there's a vendetta against Great's family.
