The sleeping cap one is great. Makes me think of a narcoleptic regiment that falls asleep at the most opportune moments. Opposing canon salvo = nap time.

Bit more variations of classical napoleonic headgear (shakos, bearskins and bicornes are a staple, but helmets of various kinds from early napoleonic era would be great) I will aim at very napoleonic grogs, and I'd love to have the least number of repeats as possible

Also, have you considered just the faceplates for conversion work? Think Perry Agincourt knight attachment style for great bascinets. I was not able to find standalone visors that would be printable at the scale.

I would like some horse heads to convert the perry minis, it's the only thing stopping me from doing cav, I find green stuffing horses too daunting

I would like to see heads its more like a cowl or hood but with a crude metal mask or faceplate covering the face. Like the equilavent of a paper plate mask but made of metal. Then the joke version(s) of this: frying pans, the metal part of a shovel, um, can't think of other metal implements/tools that could be made into face shields without getting too modern.
