You know, I wonder if Marlene views Cloud as an uncle or stepfather? They have such an interesting family dynamic. Tifa is foster mother to Marlene and Denzel, Barret is foster father to Marlene and Cloud is foster father to Denzel. But with how Marlene reacts to Cloud and Tifa's tension in On the Way to a Smile, or reminded me or a child upset with her parents. I wish we'd get to see how they all turned out say 15 years down the line.

I think she sees Cloud like a second father when Barret is away on business. ^o^ Hopefully we'll get an Advent Children 2 or something like that to continue to story! ♥
