Why would you not create at least a general outline, with some rough dialogue, then make the images to match? You could tweak the dialogue as visual inspiration modifies.

It's because my creative process is weird. I try to write first, but I often can't think of anything. So, I then just start randomly creating images, and slowly but surely, an idea forms. Sometimes there is a lot of waste though.
