Waffle's (Minor) Dust Bust (Patreon)

Simple: Changes the rate at which dust accumulates, and adjusts it so that the *less dusty* your home is, the *slower* dust accumulates. The *dustier* it is, the *faster* it accumulates. This is the reverse of default behavior.

Compatible with Kuttoe's dust mods.

This is a remake of an older mod, Waffles Dust Bust. It has the same file name and will replace the old one, which you should remove. I'm not entirely sure what a couple of the tunings in the old one are used for- it's been a long time since I edited them. In this new version I tweaked the main numbers in the main file and nothing else, and opted not to look into revisiting the other files. If I don't remember them, they must not matter much.
