Mod Updates 3/16 (Patreon)

Comfort Motive- Added Movie Theater from Growing Together as a comfortable action, added a few missing Gemology actions as forbidden.

Motive Decay- Adjusted energy decay *slightly* to make it a little slower.

Crystal Seed Rebalance- Moved the "Plant a Crystal Tree"" objective to rank 3 from rank 2 of the Crystal Creations aspiration. Moved the "Grow a Magnificent Crystal Tree" objective to rank 4. Replaced the Rank 2 goal with the generic "Have Earned 5000 Simoleons" goal from the Fortune aspiration.
