Another Suggestion Set for Lumpinou's Suggestion Mod (Patreon)

I've added a 9th set all about Chaos.

This set includes things that change your lot traits, completely uproot your relationships, affect your skills, and might even take all your money. Product recalls, natural disasters, your home being marked incorrectly on the map, and even psychic phone calls make up 32 different high-consequence chaotic gameplay directives that tell you to take specific actions in live mode and build mode and sometimes even require cheats to actually follow through with. Think of these ones like chance cards!
