Servo Repair Fix- Updated for ALL Repairs (Patreon)

Apparently the issue where handymen would only look for dirty items is not exclusive to servo. It also affected the normal repair service and repairs involving Batuu.

Servo Repair Fix is now just "Repair Fix". I also removed some extra tuning that would make repairmen clean your lot if they came while you weren't on the lot. I'm guessing all this stuff was leftover from them being copied from maids, or something. I'm sure it wasn't always there, so it's really baffling how this happened, but now it's fixed.
