Add Ghosts to Household Overhaul (Patreon)

Adding ghosts to household- via their urn/grave or inviting them with a social interaction (Invite to Household, which requires nearly maxed Friendship)- now requires Level 5 Thanatology (LIfe and Death) and Level 5 Medium (Paranormal).

...As well as 10,000 coins for Grim's time.

If your Sim is in the Reaper career, they will get a discount after Level 5, and pay nothing at Level 10!

 Otherwise, you simply cannot do it! Well, you can on the popup asking what you want to do when the Sim dies. But if you're playing with GAMEPLAY and CONSEQUENCES like I do, you can't. :p

Requires both Paranormal and Life and Death.
