WIP Reaper HQ (Patreon)

I typically don't share builds because I like using CC and refuse to source it for people. I also own all packs which makes things hard to share. I don't like using the gallery. I feel like I have to moderate my own builds for my own game when I build with intent to share, so I haven't uploaded there in a long time. I got tired of avoiding CC because "What if I share it?".

But the sims 4 has so much content now that this build, so far, has not even warranted use of any CC. I outright turned the filter for it off in the catalog. So I think I'll be sharing this one when it's done. I'll just dump the tray files up on here.

It'll require a lot of packs though lol

The front door is entirely functional. There's even hidden stuff behind it on the second floor to make it not open up to an empty wall. The arch is a scaled up nether portal, placed on the third floor and lowered with TOOL so it's not actually in the way on the second and first floors.
