No Bonehilda Impersonator (Patreon)

A bit late on this one but it removes the stupid Bonehilda Impersonators from Life and Death that appear in Ravenwood. It changes their showing-up-ability to test if it's day or night. If it's day, their chance of showing up is multiplied by 0. If it's night, their chance of showing up is multiplied by 0. So they can't show up, because it's always day or night. Go away, idiot.

The entire concept of the character makes absolutely no sense and is just plain stupid.
