Kleptos Don't Ruin Venues Update (Patreon)

Updated to add compatibility with the Recycle Disciple swipe interaction. Apparently, recycle disciples can steal things and turn them into bits and pieces. It makes little sense to make this work the same as the rest of the mod, so I opted to simply make it non-autonomous. When your Sim does it, the object will no longer be destroyed, but it also won't be added to your inventory, as you get Bits and Pieces for it.
