Along the same line as what Karen A. mentioned, selling your first computer program, hack, art work, song/music, promotions at work, when you level up/skill up at learning piano, violin, guitar, your first theft (thief), first successful joke or stand up comedy gig, if anyone has a mod for busking (if not there should be!), making their first $100, same goes for kids on their first job as a teen or pre-teen. First acting job, first paid gig as a musician. First kiss (kids or adults), first woohoo lol, first date, first time bringing someone home to introduce to parents, first win at football, cheerleading, whatever sport insert here, parental wins: baby's first standing, walking, successfully dodging questions you aren't ready to answer yet (lol like about where babies really come from) don't know the immediate answer to. I can think up so many more lol!

I have no idea if this is possible, is there tuning for moving to a new house at all? I rarely move sims from their homes, but when I do I wish it were a bigger deal to them, like it is to me lol Oh, also maybe registering a business/retail/restaurant/vet clinic and selling them Selling masterpieces and stuff like that, maybe? Some sims get wishes to create excellent quality items but sometimes they don’t have the wish, so they don’t get the points. Adopt an animal or child (does Baby on your list count adoption? I haven’t adopted yet)
