Ask For Help Cleaning Fix (Patreon)

The "Ask For Help Cleaning..." interaction, available ON EVERY FRICKIN' WALL AND FLOOR IN THE GAME AND PRETTY MUCH ANY CLICKABLE SPACE THAT ISN'T AN OBJECT INCLUDING SHELL BUILDINGS OUT IN THE GAME WORLD, is from Bust the Dust. I hate this stupid interaction. I click it by mistake constantly and have NEVER used it.

TLDR of what this mod does: I have adjusted this so that if Dust is turned off YOU DO NOT SEE THE INTERACTION. If Dust is on, it won't show up until there's actually dust.

Full explanation of the issue solved:

It tests if your house is at or below a "75" on the hidden dustiness score of the floor your Sim is standing on.

...Except 75 is the minimum for the lot to be Clean. So the interaction shows up, uh, always.

This probably means EA's intent behind this interaction was for it to only show up if your house even HAD the dust stat at all. So you turn dust off, the dust stat goes away, the interaction goes away! Right?

WRONG. The test was incorrectly tuned. If you didn't have the hidden dust stat, it just defaulted to allowing the interaction. So even if Dust is turned off, this test ALWAYS passes.

I fixed all that.
