Unlocks Lifestyle Brands for anyone, without any fame or fame perks required. Pair with my Higher Lifestyle Brand Payouts/Startup Cost mod for most fair and balanced usage, because the default cost is very low.
Unfortunately this does make the Lifestyle Brand fame perk relatively useless, although related perks do impact the money you make from your brand. I may look into changing the Lifestyle Brand perk later to make it better.
