Insider Trait Overhaul 3.28.24 (Patreon)

Improves the Insider trait from Get Together, which previously dealt only with clubs. Now it deals with careers and relationship gain and being "An Insider"!

These Sims love being in Clubs, and tend to be happiest when surrounded by their friends. They have a much easier time making friends with celebrities, coworkers, Sims who live in their home region, and while interacting with others at festivals. They're very charismatic, but need to interact with others more often. They also have a boost to career performance!

Changes:

Adds a whopping 2x multiplier to relationship gain (friendly and romantic) with Celebrities

Adds a 1.1x multiplier to Job Performance increase

Adds a 1.2x multiplier to Charisma Skill Gain

Adds a 1.2x multiplier to career performance gains from the "Represent" interaction (Unlocked at Level 5 of the Social Media career, Public Relations branch)

Adds a 1.3x multiplier to relationship gain (friendly) with Sims who live in the same World

Adds a 1.1x multiplier to relationship gain (friendly) while attending any Festival

Adds a 1.1x multiplier to Coworkers

Adds a BLANKET 5% increase to all socialization interactions

Decreases Social Motive Slightly Faster

All of these stack, so if you have a famous coworker who lives in the same world as you and it's currently a festival, you'll be fast friends for sure.
