NO FUCKING STORY PROGRESSION EVER (Patreon)

This mod completely guts the Neighborhood Stories service to completely prevent it from doing literally anything ever, even if you have it enabled and all the options turned on.

It does nothing. Ever.

TESTING, because I haven't done extensive play with it. I ran the game for 5 in-game days with neighborhood stories enabled and never got a single neighborhood story notification to come up on the mailbox.

Why? Because my game keeps generating babies, generating pets, and marrying sims off, even with this system turned off entirely.

UPDATE: People are telling me this may be an MCCC Issue. I genuinely don't think it is, but I won't know until I see it happen again with this mod installed. SO it may be a pointless mod. But it'll sure let you know if something else is causing these things, I guess? We'll find out.

UPDATE AGAIN: IF you're experiencing these problems and you use MCCC, try removing the PREGNANCY module. It has a few things relating to these issues- yes, the pregnancy module can cause puppies, kittens, and even marriages. It appears to be broken. File removed for the time being since this seems to be the real issue.
