Did you know you can Tutor at University classrooms? Any skill can be taught by your sim for money.

The money is garbage, though. The base pay is 20 simoleons. If you tutor for a full 5 hours, you get paid 5x, giving you 100. But if your skill is less than 10, that pay gets cut. 100 Simoleons for 5 hours of work with a level 10 skill is pretty terrible.

This mod changes the payout from Tutoring at University from 20-100 simoleons to 30-1350 Simoleons, dependent on Logic, Research, and Charisma skill levels, the level of the skill you chose to teach, and whether or not you end the session early. The maximum payout is pretty high for 5 hours of work, but it does require being in a rabbit hole, and it does require 3 maxed out skills to achieve, so it seems fair.

Full Explanation:

With this mod, the base pay is 30 simoleons. The pay for a full 5 hours (you can quit at any time and get paid less) is 2x as much, or 60 simoleons. If your skill is at level 4 (the minimum you must have in order to tutor it), you are not penalized, but if it's at level 10, you get 10x as much money, or 600 Simoleons.

BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!

If your Logic Skill is high, you get a small multiplier on payment, capping at 1.5x at level 10. But at lower levels, you actually receive a small penalty.

If your Research and Debate skill is high, 1, you get a small multiplier on payment, capping at 1.5x at level 10. But at lower levels, you actually receive a small penalty.

If your Charisma skill is at 10 you receive no penalty, but you get a small penalty for every level under 10, capping at .65x for Level 1.

So here's the math:

If you have Level 10 Logic and Level 10 Research and Debate and you tutor a skill you have Level 10 in,  you will make: 30 x 2 x 10 x 1.5 x 1.5 =  1350 simoleons

If you have Level 1 Logic and Level 1 Research and Debate and you tutor a skill you have level 10 in, you will make: 30 x 2 x 10 x .65 x .65 = 253 simoleons

If your Charisma is level 1, these drop to 878 and 165 simoleons. If it's level 10, no penalty.

And if your Logic and Research and Debate skills are anywhere in between, you'll see varying values between those two numbers. Of course, if you have Level 10 Logic or Research, you can also simply tutor those skills, rather than needing a third level 10 skill to get max bonuses.
