Sketchbook of thumbnails (Patreon)

Just a truthful look at what my sketchbooks are filled with these days - thumbnails and thumbnails and more thumbnails. Sometimes for a series of drawings I’ll probably never do, sometimes just to board a sequence i have stuck in my head. I’m past the point of feeling like I need to keep a beautiful sketchbook for other people to look at. I used to do sketchbook swaps with all my art friends and that pressure is still in the back of my head haha but fuck it! Let your shit be messy and small and a little fucked up as a treat. Sketchbooks are where you do your thinking and expressing, not where you sell yourself.
