Woody in true detective!!! He’s great I wouldn’t put him in the same box as the other ‘cameos’

Turtle Wars

Waiting patiently for the all access video.

Stone Crawford

I’m super excited about Acolytes I can wait

Matt Rashid

Hey, if you want Josh Gad, Robert Lopez worked with him!

Fettmatic

I think Woody did awesome job of playing Tobias Beckett.

RobO from ChicagO

Yeah that first season of true detective is some of HBOs highest quality shit and that’s saying a lot!

Fun discussion! A bunch of random comments…The first Avatar in a theater and in 3D is absolutely amazing. Just a phenomenal experience. Nothing has come close to that 3D experience for me. You need to check out non-drowsy Dramamine (bonine). I take this 30 minutes before we head to the park and I can ride Star Tours over and over. Without it, I’m toast. Star Tours is my favorite Star Wars ride because you never know which version you will get. So many different options which is a ton of fun. Rise is great but it’s the same thing every time. Swank’s first class experience is one you take all day and every day at that price. I had that happen one time on a 3 hour flight. Best flight I’ve ever had :). I thought Woody was great in Solo. I never thought of his Cheers role once. I think it just depends on the actor and writing. Jack Black and Lizo were not the right choices for Mandalorian. Terrible decision. The starship in the Acolyte trailer made me think of the Starbird toy from the 80’s. Definitely different by my head went there right away. https://duckduckgo.com/?q=80%27s+toy+starship&iax=images&ia=images&iai=https%3A%2F%2Fi.pinimg.com%2Foriginals%2F29%2Fa9%2Fa5%2F29a9a5969358e4ae9e4e58d3f4bec745.jpg

I used to be stuck with the Woody as his Cheers character until Zombieland for me. Agree with Eric about Avatar 3D in theaters, I saw it a couple times just for that experience and I am not a fan of the franchise.

Also going to Disneyland on the 23rd and hope that I can catch the Ahsoka version on Star Tours

Turtle Wars

Jason, I think you are forgetting that after leaving the back patio at 2am a few of us (including you) stopped in the lobby and talked for another 30+ minutes before heading to our rooms. It was great meeting your friend Joel too, what a coincidence that he is into turtles and showed me photos of the large aquariums that he built in his house. I’m definitely looking forward to the Acolyte and seeing a new time period. For better or worse, I know we will have a great time discussing it.

RobO from ChicagO

Like the Acolyte speculation. I must admit I was lukewarm on what I was hearing about it, but the trailers actually seem pretty action packed and they are actually populating the scenes with a ton of aliens, which has been one of my biggest complaints with Disney Wars. I think the speculation about the main character being a twin makes sense and maybe both children were originally from that witch cult, but maybe the “assassin Mae” is the same species of Zam Wessel from AOTC, who can change appearances. Just spit ballin! Great episode

Eric from Phoenix

That was crazy that Cramer like turtles too. In fact, I think he stoped on his drive to CT to help one get over a road.

Another solid episode! I was missing you guys! I love the special stuff, but my favorite show is still the regular RFR episodes!

Tanya S

I don’t remember the Pepperidge Farm SW cookies…they looked cool! I caved and bought Mandalorian eggo waffles 🧇 one time….they were not good haha. Great episode, guys! Thanks for getting me through this Monday! 😆

Brian Walters

You guys are such great salesmen. Listening to all the Oreos talk in the car I had to stop at the gas station to find some normal Oreos because I was craving them so badly.

Peter Beisser

Love the positive vibes at the end of this episode about "The Acolyte." Even if it sucks, we're gonna all have fun together.

zillobeast

Maybe no applause at the start unlike Bristol… but I assure you you guys got your weekly fist pump celebration in the zillo household
