Is...is it on video already? You can't be doing this from a theater...

Claimed they were firing up the home theater. Not sure how they did this but either way it’s pretty amazing that they were able to bring a TLJ commentary to fans this quick. Hopefully this can grab some of the nay-sayers attention and help them realize what a valuable piece of canon we have just been gifted.

Didn't RFR do an incognito in-theater The Force Awakens commentary track 2 years ago?

In regards to why they didn't tell Poe the plan, From her perspective, how would telling him help anything? It wouldn't occur to her that there was the possibility of some half cocked plan that could be hatched. So in her mind, nothing about their situation would change whether he knew or not. So why not tell him if that wouldn't change anything? Because Poe needed to learn his place. He needed humbling. She was telling him, "you haven't earned the right to be part of the decision making. You don't get to know the whole picture." The worst that would happen, as she saw it, was that he would fume and rage but be powerless to do anything about it. Then, when he discovered the plan organically, he would realize that he could trust the people in charge. It would have been a good learning experience for him and no one would get hurt.
