Some members have brought an issue to our attention. They are not seeing our latest show release (RFR 11/16/18). It appears  for some reason Patreon is showing some Patrons as donors  but without association with any tier. If you do not see yesterday's post, you need to update your tier preferences. I hope this makes sense.

Please report in below if you have experienced this issue.

I didn’t see the post, trying to figure out the update...

Shawn Grooms

That worked! I just clicked the theee dots top right, clicked my tier, hit update. Thx Jimmy!

I didn’t get it. It said there was a new post/s. This morning, deleting Patreon app didn’t fix it. I donate between top 2 tiers. I’ll try what Shawn posted.

Hit update on edit my Patreon contribution. Didn’t change anything. Still No, on new episodes..?

Email with link didn’t work. I use the Patreon app to listen to episodes. Should I not anymore? Benefits?

Benjamin Slate

I see it. Hope everyone gets it figured out!

I didn’t get it either. I’ve updated my tier now, and will wait to see if it works. Thanks for letting us know!

I stopped getting RFR Patreon notifications on my phone at some point. This was cutting into my ability to be the first to Like each of the RFR posts. Changing the settings didn't work, so deleted and reinstalled the Patreon app, and notifications came back. So maybe try this (for app users) to reset the tier associations. And for web browser users, eh, try clearing the history and/or cookies for patreon.com and patreonusercontent.com. You can do this easily in Mac Safari without nuking your entire browser history.

I experianced the issue. I chose a specific tier, saved, then went to my podcast app, refreshed the feed, and everything is now showing up.
