 RFR LIVE returned this week for a full show dedicated to taking your live phone calls about all things STAR WARS. Topics run the gamut of everything from EPISODE I to EPISODE IX and beyond. Hear what we think about the future of STAR WARS after EPISODE IX and how we think it will all unfold. Is the Sequel Trilogy more of a “spinoff” than a “continuation”? Could Rey actually be The Chosen One? What were Yoda’s mistakes in the Prequel Trilogy? We discuss and debate! Been loving all this Last Jedi- 1 year later talk. Today, I went back and listened to all of the reaction show from last December. It was very interesting to hear how you guys have changed your opinions on the film. I would love an episode with Kyle to see how he is feeling one year later- he is without a doubt my favorite guest! NEWMAN!

Our first-blush takes of the film still stand, but there has been a ton of emotional baggage attached since it's release. I started to look at the film a little differently in the wake of the Rian Johnson and Mark Hamill interviews, reactions on social media, discussions with friends, and especially the announcement that the Skywalker Saga will end with Ep 9. So when I look at the film in retrospect, things have changed. I still like the film. however, I'm not giving it a free pass when we start to break it all down.

I am totally with you- my feelings have changed on the film over time as well! It would be great to get that roundtable (Paul, FJ, Kyle) back together to get their 1 year later takes! Thanks for all the great content!
