At the mid-point of STAR WARS: THE CLONE WARS Season One, we got together with supervising director Dave Filoni for our first really down-and-dirty discussion about, not only what we saw at that point from The Clone Wars, but Dave's insightful theories about all-things-Star-Wars and working with George Lucas.

Halfway through this and it's all gold. Man I miss hearing Filoni. As smart as George but more eloquent. This episode also reminds me I need to go back and listen to clone wars roundtables. I only started listening to them once I was well into the clone wars.

This was an incredible interview, at an interesting time for the Clone Wars (half way into Season 1). I wonder if Ashoka’s story really developed as Filoni intended, or if the return of CW later in 2019 will cover it. Or neither! Hmmm...
