We’re looking forward towards the launch of THE MANDALORIAN with new comments from Filoni and Favreau, along with action figure leaks. What is the Offworld Jawa? We try to figure it out! In STAR WARS news this week, Ian McDiarmid & Hayden Christensen were not allowed to participate in a convention panel due to a last-minute restriction by Disney. We look between the lines to decipher what this cancellation might mean for THE RISE OF SKYWALKER. We look back at the classic KENOBI novel by John Jackson Miller and discuss Gaffi Sticks, Krayt Dragons and Kenobi Keychains. And we’re probably the only fans on the internet to acknowledge a mundane anniversary for the Droids/Ewoks Hour from the eighties.

Jason: Nice Million Dollar Quartet reference! Just saw it last week at the Clarence Brown Theatre in Knoxville, TN, which featured Levi Kriess (the show was incredible). Open invite if you ever make it down to TN for some regional theatre!

Really looking forward to listening to this. Interesting point in your show description about Hayden and Ian. They were both at London Film & Comic Con a few months ago and didn’t have any contact at all. Not even for a “duo” photo op. It was a really rare appearance for Hayden in the UK, which makes me think that it is leading up to something....

The Mandalorian takes place five years after the fall of the Empire. I guess it depends on what you condsider the fall of the Empire. The Battle of Endor in RoTJ or are we considering the Battle of Jakku. I think Jakku took place just over a year after RoTJ. Also, when it comes to the Mandalorian's armor...I guess it makes sense that it would become more and more damaged as time goes on. Showing the wear and tear that his journey has taken on him. I however thought it was going the other way. We know Beskar is going to be a part of the series. Maybe he collects some bounties receives the beskar and upgrades his armor to the more shiny new pieces that we see.

Love seeing Salt Lake FanX getting some attention. My wife and I have gone twice and had a great time. The people were fantastic, great venue and awesome guests. Salt Lake is a great city. If you ever get a chance, check it out.

I wonder if it isn’t too late to get an edition of “Prophet or Loser” in before Episode 9? Really enjoyed those segments with FJ. Hearing about Snoke predictions really jogged my memory.

To follow up on the news about Hayden and Ian's panel being cancelled that you guys mention in the show, on Saturday afternoon (9/14) Dominic Monaghan said he had to cancel attending New York Comic Con the first week of October now because he was "working." Do you think Lucasfilm is clamping down on all the IX actors to avoid any spoilers or is this a sign that reshoots are going down as we speak?

Did you happen to catch Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni on The Chef Show on Netflix? It’s a fun episode.
