Episode IX is right around the corner, and with it comes a LIVE Rebel Force Radio event. For THE RISE OF SKYWALKER, we plan to return to Kennedy's Cabaret at Playhouse Square in Cleveland, Ohio, for a live podcast on Friday, December 20, 2019, at 7:30 p.m.

It's the end of the Skywalker Saga and, really, the culmination of the "First Age" of the Star Wars mythology. And what better way to celebrate such a milestone than surrounded by a hundred of your fellow fans. 

Kennedy's Cabaret is a small and intimate space, so tickets will be limited. A full bar will be open before, during, and after the show--perfect for an occasion like the end of our favorite film saga.

Tickets are ready to go on pre-sale for Patreon members ONLY very soon and then open to the general public a few days later. Plus, ticket purchasers will be eligible for an exclusive room rate at a nearby hotel.

But all the planning in the world means nothing if our best listeners and supporters aren't there. It's going to be a historical event, so please let us know if you are planning on being there.

Has anyone seen anything to confirm that the film will open on Thurs Dec 19th? That seems to be the trend. We’d like to see it Thursday (opening night is a must) and come in for the RFR event(s) on Friday.

I had the exact same question. For the other movies, they actually had Thursday evening shows. I’m in the same boat Greg. Tradition for us is to see it as a family on opening night (Thursday in the past)

Something I could definitely swing, but then I am married and doing so might jeopardize that status. Even if I could, I would want to know more about when TROS is premiering because this live show doesn't take care of the legwork of getting into a cinema on Thursday night.

Jimmy Mac, I put yes in the survey but now it looks like a no. Turns out flights are outrageously expensive due to Christmas. I’m going to keep watching flights but the odds are 3720 to 1 that Andrea and I will be able to attend. Stinks but hopefully we can make the event at Celebration Anaheim.

Would definitely love to attend an event like this! But being a manager of a movie theater I will be swamped with crowds coming to see TROS on opening night in my home town. Hope you all have a great time though and I look forward to hearing everyone’s thoughts about the movie!!
