To celebrate the release of the two Vintage STAR WARS Ewok films from the 80s on Disney+, we reconnect with actor Eric Walker who starred in the movies as Mace Towani. Eric joins us to share memories of working on the set with George Lucas and tons of behind-the-scenes stories. An all-new trailer for THE BAD BATCH recently dropped and we have a shot-by-shot review with speculation about the upcoming CLONE WARS spinoff. In news headlines, highlights from recent interviews with a pair of fan-casting favorites as Sebastian Stan addresses the rumor/buzz about him playing young Luke Skywalker and Benedict Cumberbatch discusses the possibility of portraying Grand Admiral Thrawn in THE MANDALORIAN. Plus, Liam Neeson shared a story about Artoo Detoo with The Graham Norton show that provides a ton of laughs and SpongeBob duels with Patrick Star on Mustafar.

Awesome guys! Can’t wait to listen while doing yard work tomorrow.

Aaron Moyer

This was an amazing show

John Riley

Guess I’m gonna have to watch them Ewok movies!

Scott (Sunny Scotland)

I shared the Liam Neeson interview on the RFR Facebook group in the hope of hearing that impression again. Did not disappoint ye know!

Blake Weaver

Guys thank you for that interview. I saw Caravan of Courage for the first time last week and LOVED it. So awesome to hear from one of the leading stars from it. As far as bad batch goes is it kinda funny that Kenobi’s writer got replaced because they didn’t like Kenobi watching over a kid like mando was doing. Then in this show we are still protecting some kid who we care about even less than Luke or sweet SWEET baby yoda? I’m worried but still gonna watch every episode and not judge too soon.

Domino Squad including Fives & Echo.

Oh Jason just stop with the "real" crap...its lame. Thank you Jimmy for shutting that down hah They do the same labeling w the marvel cartoons. If you are bristled by the vintage moniker you might just be projecting.

Antonio from NJ

What a great interview, Eric is one heck of a fan/contributer. You guys have been killing it w these interviews!

Brian Robinson

Eric seems like a cool guy. I'd like to see him appear at Star Wars Celebration.

Are you guys not releasing anymore video versions of the shows? As I'm listening to the show, Jason makes a reference to "...if you're watching the video, you'll see..." WHAT VIDEO?! :( I'm a Patreon supporter (and proudly so ;) and am loving the videos, but I'm not getting those sent to me via email. Is there something I should know? Thanks for the show!

Rebel Force Radio

As you can hear in the show, we were suffering tech issues all night long due to an update to some of our software. This caused the video to get corrupted. We worked hard to salvage as much as we could, but only part of the news was rescued. We will try to post more this week if possible.

Patrick Games

Thanks for the clarification. I always look forward to the show, especially the videos :)

Jacob Conti

That Thrawn discussion was fun! I laughed hysterically at "they're taking our beer!"

Sean W. from Warsaw

Coming super late to this, and still haven't listened to all of it just yet. But after hearing most of the interview with Eric, I'm pretty sure I'm gonna revisit those Ewok movies. I saw them only once as a kid, back about 25 years ago or so, and barely remember anything. But I remember I wasn't too thrilled by them. So this interview has given me a much better appreciation of them. Everyone I've ever heard talk about them has only ever made fun of them in some form or another, so to hear that there's a fairly sizable fan base that actually takes them seriously is encouraging. And I really love Eric's passion he still has for them. Very enlightening, gents! Thank you so much! Even if I end up still not liking the movies after the revisit, I can rest better knowing they're actually taken seriously, at least.
