Thanks for taking my call yet again guys. The callers were bringing out the big guns with some amazing thoughts and comments tonight. I never thought this show was gonna lead to so much great conversation. I also now want a RFR shirt that says “Crosshair was a dick” on it. I’d wear it to Celebration.

Really love these aftershows. I hope you keep doing them. The Bad Batch has surpassed my expectations so far.

Loved this after show! So, with Omega, what do you think about her being an altered Clone of Jango Fett modifying an X/Y chromosome? Her accent is likely from living with the other clones… My initial thought is she could be a clone of Satine. There is definitely plenty of access to the Mandalorians from the Clone Wars, if she is modified with her age increasing at a doubled pace it’s possible, she seems about 10-12… so maybe 5-6 actual years?

Aaron Moyer

Her face looks so close to the rest of the clones that I have to imagine that she’s a Jango clone. Alpha was the name of the first Jango clone in the EU, so Omega seems to fit in

Kevin H

I hear ya Aaron. I liked what Erick in Phoenix had to say about how else we could consider the name Omega. She seems very capable and empathetic.

Omega’s nose is quite different from Satine’s. So, more reason she isn’t related. Also, something to watch is that the Kaminoans don’t seem keen to blindly follow the Empire, they are interested to figure out what is really going on before revealing what they have been up to with Squad 99 and Omega. There may be others that they haven’t revealed yet. In the video games and comics, the Empire takes over Kamino because they rebel against the Empire with their clones. Boba Fett helps the Empire. Will that happen here? Also, what of Asana Ventress? Will her book demise hold or will she continue on in this show?

So, have you ever had a job where the new boss came in and started barking order and changing the way things are done. You know they are wrong and you shut up and do your job their way, knowing it’s going to blow up in their face. You stay super friendly and give the appropriate “yes sirs/yes ma’ams. And then they realize they are in over their head and you swoop in to save the day. I feel like that’s what’s happened with Dave Filoni at Lucasfilm. Dude just smiled and did what his bosses said. Stretched his legs a little in Rebels just to low key show everyone how it was done while the sequel trilogy implodes from the weight Hollywood egos. And then Mandalorian happens and Favreau comes in from outside and is like “you’ve got a Filoni, why the hell aren’t you using it?” This show has no reason to be as good as it is other than they are running it through the Filoni Filter. Wrecker is more annoying than Ezra ever tried to be, and frankly I don’t care even a little bit. This show is so good straight outta the gate.

I’m going with Omega being a Force sensitive Jango clone. I’m guessing the Kaminoans were given the mandate to build one, but they are keeping their success a secret, at this time. Omega seems to be off the Empire’s radar, for now. I think this will change when her abilities are leaked.

Eric from Phoenix

What Aaron said :) also, Satine’s eyes are blue which I think would mean Omega’s would have to be blue. Not entirely sure as I haven’t been a science class for 30 years.

Adam from Indy

Eric from Phoenix, Good call the other day. I’m curious if the material you referenced was connected to the Enneagram?
