Annie Leibovitz did a book signing at the Neiman Marcus near me pre-Covid. So, I went over at lunch. I brought the Rolling Stone magazine with her first cover (I got the first 100 issues off eBay for my 40th) with me as a conversation starter. Boy, did it ever. So, I'm chatting with her. Her people say she won't sign it. I said I don't care. But she asks to sign it. Very cool. Then I ask what's next. And she said she was flying from Philly to the country of Jordan to shoot the cast of "The Rise of Skywalker." My heart sunk. And I went back to my office. She lives the dream.

Awesome experience for you!!! Her work is amazing. I still remember people discussing the creature Jake Lloyd had or George had in the group Phantom Menace picture. Rumor city but it was just some plastic / rubber toy. Inside joke with George and Jake.

Holy - I was just saying on the latest Q&A thread that Star Wars should do a death troopers halloween special... Lego is good enough hah

What a great interview! I got into Star Wars, so the Special Edition era holds a special place in my heart.

Also, enjoyed hearing Jason give a nod to Turbo Man! I wonder if he picked up the new Walmart exclusive.

Oh my gosh, great episode guys! I always thought Don Bies wore the Fett suit in the Special Edition scenes. Loved hearing about his experience as Fett but the ILM stuff was amazing! So many great stories and he has a great memory.

Jason clearly doesn't know about the ongoing IDW tales from Vader's castle comics.

In terms of how Cassian and Jyn could have survived, I assume that if they wanted to make that happen they would show some U wing survive the battle, it swoops down and grabs them and blasts off just in the nick of time similar to what we saw on Jedha

As for Jyn's life with Saw, that's covered pretty in depth in the YA novel Rebel Rising but only her younger years. That's not to say you couldn't fit in a series there, though, once she's left Saw and gone on her own.
