Woah woah we can be guests on the freaks? Alright honey we are moving to the Chicago suburbs. Happy turkey day freaks!

The Freaks segment is quickly becoming my favorite from RFR. Great work guys!! Quick question, why is everyone bailing on the Rancor? Is it because there is no Malakili?

Thanks for the kind words! We love recording these. My guess on the Rancor is people backed expecting new TBS figures centered around the scene, so like rancor keeper, Oola, a diorama. What they’re getting though is just repacks and cardboard bonuses. So boring! Compare to the proton pack whose extras include a connection hose, slime accessories, mini puft figures, Egon’s notebook. Just fun and cool all around.

I had the Power of the Force Rancor back in the day, and it was my favorite, and I miss having it dearly. Without a long story, my massive collection is mainly gone because of a divorce, and I want to get this Rancor, but I feel the same. How does this not have Malakili at minimum?!? Oola, I can understand, just like we will never see Hut slayer Leia again... I know Jimmy will cringe at this, but I enjoy the Black Series and Funko. After losing my original collection, it's painful to try and start over with 3.75".

Great show love the dynamic of the guys. More Suds in the freak’s please

Fun show guys. I had waited to listen until after we saw the new Ghostbusters movie. I really, really like the new movie for all of the reasons you guys discussed. I actually found myself cheering and clapping during certain parts of the movie. I used to watch the old Saturday morning cartoon as kid and they totally captured Egon’s look from that show and gave it to his granddaughter. In the cartoon, his glasses were always at the end of his nose and he had a very pronounced curl of hair on his forehead. The young lady who played the granddaughter stole the show in my opinion. Was the movie perfect? Nope but so much fun with the right amount of fan service / nostalgia. I’m in good company. I literally said out loud during the credits “where was Sigourney at in the movie” when her name flashed on the screen. Disappointed we didn’t stay till the end as we missed that last scene.

The ending hit hard on my second viewing because my own grandpa was on his deathbed back in MN as I was watching the movie. He has since rebounded though is in hospice so he could pass soon.

Not going to lie, I teared up when Egon showed up at the end. The CG was amazing and it totally worked. Tough to pull off. Sorry about your Grandpa.

Ghostbusters Talk on my Star Wars channel? Man, Xmas came early for me. Two of three in my Holy Trinity (Star Wars, Ghostbusters, Back to the future)

Becoming a guest Freak is a costly and sometimes painful process but well worth it. 🤪 The manicuring of Tyler Page’s beard was the toughest part. I swear that man is part Wookiee.

What do you by a Tyler for Christmas when he already has a beard trimmer? Great episode man!!
