Loved hearing FJ's take on the show and agree with him a lot. I think, for the sake of having a certain length for each episode, a lot of Disney TV Star Wars seems to struggle with the "faster, more intense" aspect of their action sequences. I really loved the look of the action scenes in this episode, I absolutely adored seeing Ewan using a lightsaber again, and I understand that Obi is out of practice but there is something lumbering about the way they edit these action scenes that is very frustrating to watch. Still loving the show overall but just an observation I've noticed with a lot of the action scenes in Book of Boba and Kenobi

I kinda let the negative trolls get to me last night on the live show chat. Everyone's entitled to their opinion, but a couple of those guys are brutal.

Great live as always Jimmy and Jason, I really enjoyed listening to FJ certain point of view on the Kenobi series. I do appreciate this series is trying to open up the empires plan beyond the Death Star so hopefully the sandbox is a little bigger now for the other spin off series Lucas film and Disney have in the works.

I could listen to FJ talk for hours about The Wars. I appreciated this show because it was equal critical and praise for this series which is how it’s been in my head. Callers were fantastic. This was awesome as always!!! I did have a thought this morning. The surprise in Leia's voice in A New Hope may not be because she would be expecting Obi Wan and not Ben. I'm thinking it could be that he is there at all. Since her message was to get the plans to Aldoran. I don't think she was expecting to be rescued. She may have thought he died with everyone else when the planet was destroyed or expected him to have gotten the plans to the rebel base before Aldoran was gone. Since noone knew she was on the Death Star and it was more important to her that the plans got into the right hands. Just my random thoughts as wrong as they may be haha.

I'm so happy I managed to leave social media. I was becoming aggravated daily by the flaming debates and trolls. Now I keep to small dedicated small groups - outside the big "social tedia" - who talks Star Wars because they love Star Wars.

The problem with trolls is that they only know one tactic: louder and more aggressive. They're not interested in a real discussion or even a heated debate. Other opinions are automatically wrong, so they feel the need to shout at opposing views. This is especially prevalent on the FB group. Disagreement actually makes for good discussion and great podcasts, but not when people don't take a moment to listen to opposing views. Jimmy and Jason are great at listening to each other, their guests, and the audience. They may disagree or have it change their own opinions. It's refreshing to hear good debates where people respect other views.
