The RFR Early Bird is swooping in with this week's show just for you!

As ANDOR has entered the halfway point in season one, we thought it would be a perfect time to check in with film producer F.J.DeSanto (TRANSFORMERS: WAR FOR CYBERTRON). F.J. shares his opinions about ANDOR thus far and provides insight and information. We also review some of his “Prophet Or Loser” predictions for OBI-WAN KENOBI. Plus, listener feedback, food in the STAR WARS galaxy and more.

This is going to be an amazing show. Now if only I could get around to actually watching Andor

Brian

Awesome. Love hearing FJ’s take. Thanks!

I don’t know what the F & J stands for in FJ DeSanto, but if it’s not F***ing John(or James, Jim) DeSanto he’s missing out on a great marketing opportunity.

Am I crazy or did we hear the Jeremy voicemail last week too. Loving the show!

Philip Ehlke

So good! Glad he could come in to chat. I’m piqued for what Bateman might have to say as well. I love the show stylistically but as far as I can remember the biggest adjustment for me was just how different the Prequels looked compared to the Originals, and of course Star Wars is richer for it. Say what you will about the TIE cockpit interiors in Andor but when the pilot twisted that little dial… give me a loop of that at 1/4 speed

Always look forward to the shows with FJ!

FJ’s comments on what to do after the sequels with Rey and the gang… LUCASFILM HIRE FJ ASAP

John Riley

FJ! Excellent thank you!!

Brad Eastridge

Great show! FJ rocked it once again! Could not disagree more about his critiques of Kenobi but respect his opinion as always. (Which is what I love about this community.) Great insight on Andor and the future of the theatrical slate and sequel characters.

Blake Weaver

Great show guys. I could listen to FJ all day talk The Wars. I will say I didn’t watch Andor past the first week cause I didn’t like it. This weeks show had me excited to catch up but also hesitant if I really should personally. The latest episode sounds incredible but FJ’s comments on why Andor doesn’t have familiar aliens and whatnot turned me off because my big complaint was the show doesn’t feel Star Wars to me. I don’t agree a story can be general sci-fi show with a Star Wars skin. What made the OT films so great was that it wasn’t regular sci fi. A lot to ponder over!

Brian Robinson

I'm glad you didn't Google Blue Waffles with FJ around. lol

Matthew Krahn

We have 12 episodes, let’s enjoy the development!!

Mark O'Brien

Really enjoyed the FJ conversation! So good I listened twice!

FJ wasn't as proficient with the curse words this time (compared to the May 2021 edition).
