The ANDOR experiment is well-underway as the most mature STAR WARS storytelling continues to unfold. We’ve collected a ton of interesting comments from showrunner Tony Gilroy explaining his motivations and approach to the story, along with revealing behind-the-scenes info. Plus, ANDOR actor Ebon Moss-Bachrach provides details about Skeen’s tattoos and his blaster while actor Kyle Soller (Syril Karn) discusses Syril’s cereal. Rian Johnson’s potential STAR WARS trilogy ain’t dead yet and we listen to what he had to say about it in a recent interview. The Godfather of “Star Wars In Pop Culture” Kevin Smith strikes again as CLERKS 3 features more of his trademark STAR WARS references. We review them all!

Where’s the sign up for this RFR RPG! Haha I haven’t finished the episode so maybe Jimmy will say.

Oh man I love the news about the ROG spin off show !! @Matt @Jmac you guys are on the cusp of having something really special here. I can see it really being a mix of a radio drama and live rpg campaign - it's brilliant!

As much as I really LOVE this series - I Agree - it's not a family experience. My 9year old son couldn't care less and my 16 year old son is LUKE warm about it. My wife keeps falling alseep. Mando. Boba, Kenobi - they were all in. Andor - they could take it or leave it. But that's fine. But NO-ONE can debate the quality and execution of the series on a cinemtaic / narrative level. I think it's just a matter of the pacing and depth being so different from its predecessors. Sometimes I want Die Hard, sometimes I want Timecop. Sometimes I want The Last Samurai and sometiumes I want the Fifth Element. I just love the idea that I can get so many different pizza's from the same oven. It's all PIZZA as far as I'm concerned.

Great show guys. I’ve said before that even as a hardcore fan Andor isn’t for me personally. But I think about people like my brother who are a tad above casual or even my coworkers who are casual as casual can be and no one got past the first 2 episodes. I think for the hardcore like me even though it’s boring I can discuss the imperial politics being shown and whatnot. But if the Star Wars fun isn’t there for the casual viewer no one’s gonna care now or 5 years from now. Myself included. Been really interesting to see everyone’s viewpoints on this series. Also the Dak joke in clerks had me dying. My dad interviewed the actor that played him at a radio station he used to work at so that character always stuck out to me.

For anyone who says Liam Neeson can’t do comedy, show them this clip of him in S3 of Derry Girls - had my whole family in stitches! https://youtu.be/yEqi-RT3YoU

Cracking episode as ever lads Mariana summed up my thoughts entirely. There’s enough crap in life we can all have differing opinions about Star Wars without falling out over something we all love Episode 6 and 7 been immense. Love the beaches of cleveleys being used in andor. Best part of the show was when you announced that you’re doing a one shot after show for tales of the jedi, I have a sneaky feeling this is going to be a 6 episode pilot for a long running masterpiece As for andor and kids. My son is 11 and I feel some of it is too mature for him but hearing jason and Jimmy talk of it being for adults I feel almost makes him invest in the show even more as we all wanted to be more mature at that age. Cheers lads

Finally catching up to Andor, and listening to you discuss the small numbers watching Andor. As a swedish listener Disney+ was not available until halfway into the first season ocf Mandalorian. I was always 6 episodes behind you that season. I had D+ for two years until their pricehike to 90 euros this summer. THen I decided to stop yearly sub and only subscribe for months when there's something on. Unfortunately Amazon Primes Lord of the Rings Rings of Power launched at the same time and as I only subscribe to one streaming service at a time I chose Prime over D+ theses two months. Rings of Power sucked. I regret this now. I should have gone for Andor first. But I wonder if there was competition between Prime and Disney affecting these numbers? I find Andor great too. And I think it will have great rewatchability. But maybe my kids may find it a bit slower. For comparison, Rings of Power was mcuh too violent for my kids. Andor is acceptable in comparison. Thanks again, as always for your gret shows. I avoided you for two months not to spoil Andor, but it is REALLY GREAT to be back again! /Jim of Sweden
