The Last Jedi was a post modernist turd, written by an incompetent storyteller who deliberately set out to piss off as many Star Wars fans as possible. The Rise Of Skywalker was a failed attempt at cleaning up the mess left behind by Rian Fricken Johnson by an equally terrible writer in JJ Abrams. It angers me that these idiots were let loose on the Star Wars saga.

Dean, how do you really feel? Haha!! I'm with you and that's why I struggle to consider it as true cannon. My only hope is that future streaming series help fill in the blanks for the sequels the same way clone wars helped the prequels. I can only hope.

Great discussion guys. I love how Mike referenced the nameless rebel troopers and that we could be learning about them through Andor. I hated the ending of Rise of Skywalker. Luke Skywalker should’ve been brought back at the end to help Rey fight the Emperor and Knights of Ren. Would’ve been great to see Luke get redeemed after Last Jedi. Thankfully we got some awesome Luke stuff in The Mandalorian.

Hey man! Thanks for the nice shout out! I really enjoyed the show. Yoda as a force ghost in The Last Jedi being able to physically interact with the living was a new dimension in force “ghostyness”.

Nice conversation Mike, you articulate your thoughts very well.
