I don't want anyone to sugarcoat their feelings but sometimes I feel like the 2023 Star Wars fanbase demands "the greatest tale ever told" with each and every addition to the Star Wars universe. If it ain't "The Money Shot", then the criticism is ruthless and I have to read diatribes about how Star Wars is ruined. All it takes is one episode, or even a single scene from a show, and some of us are declaring "Star Wars is dead". Geez, man...Have a little patience. A little foreplay is ok too, ya know. MTFBWY...Always! JMac

The last caller talked about the fact that in episode 1 they say humans non-Force sensitive cannot race. It's still true, in TPM it's podracer the F1 of the Star Wars Universe I guess and in this episode of Bad Batch it's just Speeder.

Great episode! In an earlier one, there was a Mandalorian helmet on display in Cid's shop. Reminded me of Solo's Dryden Vos. Could she have been so ruthless in the past?

Never trust a trandoshan, wise words yet again from Blake

I had a ton of fun with this episode and my wife, daughter and I had a lot of laughs. The droid Tayo worked for me. He was arrogant and got what he deserved, twice. The only thing I didn't like from the episode was the fact Omega came up with the solution. Tough to buy when she is only 11 but it didn't ruin the episode for me. I thought the music was really good again and I loved Tech getting his day in the spotlight. The after-show was great as always. Hearing from Little Blake was awesome and the last caller (John) was fantastic and had lots of things to think about.

Looking forward to listening. Watched the episode at 1:00am PST.

I'll just say it. I hated this episode.

Valentin

I just love those episodes where I can immerse myself in the Star Wars universe and just watch the characters live an adventure in it.

That last caller made some really interesting points & threw down some really cool theories!!!! Super review fellas … you done well digging a full podcast out of this episode! Animated Gamorrean was SUPER COOL!

I loved this episode- it was a nice "break" after last week. I caught myself laughing at times and really enjoying enjoying the race. Going forward the shows should get more heavy with my hopes that they will shape the Star Wars universe.
