I have SO many questions about those clones. I'm curious what his plan was. We see with the clone troopers that they are essentially born young and then rapidly raised to adulthood but in that time they go through a lot of schooling and education. Are these Gideon clones just going to pop out of the tank as adults and be fully intellectually formed? Again they might have Force powers and be genetically fantastic but unless something is going on that I'm not aware of even the kaminoans still had to go through the process of educating the clones and training them. I would imagine that these Gideon clones would come out of the tank and fall right to the ground never having walked before and I don't really understand how they would know to speak etc. Gideon's not young either so his clones would have had to have gone through rapid aging in order to have the ones in the tank look identical to him (presumably somewhere in his mid to late 40s). Which is odd. If you're planning on making a super soldier that's identical to you and presumably obeys your every command why have them look like you in your late 40s or 50s and not have them look like you as a young 20 year old?

You're right- these clones look more like *duplicates*, which didn't seem to be the Kaminoans' style. Unless cloning in this way creates the instability that we read about in the Thrawn trilogy... could be a way to work that into canon.

That's kinda what I was thinking, too. A nice nod to those classic books. There are major problems with that approach, though, particularly when it comes to the Force being a part of their makeup. Nervous about that, for sure. But intrigued at the same time....

They clearly we're ready. Who knows if they would have survived? Pershing said the blood transfusions were successful but for only a couple of weeks.
