Back From Star Wars Celebration (Patreon)

We survived another one! Star Wars Celebration Orlando 2017 is in the history books and for RFR, it was one of the best ever! The RFR Celebration Kickoff Bash was a huge success and the perfect way for us to start things off. We were so proud of the RFR Patreon Community for stepping up to support us, we decided to spread the love by presenting Steve Sansweet and Anne Neumann with a $1000 donation to Rancho Obi-Wan on your behalf. Also, we surprised Star Wars prop and costume expert Tom Spina with an honorary membership in the 501st Legion. And we gave away a ton of sweet prizes and swag to everyone. Thanks to all of you in our Patreon community who showed up. You certainly filled up the room from the start as you took full advantage of your exclusive early entrance perks. The love in the room from the moment we opened the doors until our final guests departed was amazing and we loved meeting everyone. Tons of RFR listeners approached us at the convention as we cruised the main floor passing out more RFR swag. We have many stories to tell and some cool audio for you to hear. We will be putting up all of the music from The Bash as downloadable mp3s on this page for our RFR Insiders later this week. You can listen to The Bash podcast as well as our recap of THE LAST JEDI panel. (YES, we now realize that was Kylo not Rey in the poster!). And look for RFR to return this Friday with a  special and exclusive interview recorded at the convention with a very elusive Star Wars icon.
