The Office Party Tech Demo is now FREE for everyone! The public demo is available right now on GOG and here on Patreon. We're expecting the Steam demo to be available for Steam Next Fest, but it isn't live there yet. No Alpha or Beta tier required. If you've been following along and waiting for a chance to try it, clock in!

The Patreon version includes the Explicit Content Pack, so it's a little spicier than the Steam and GOG demos, which don't include the pack. Before anybody gets too excited: there still aren't any sex scenes in this build. Our new interactive intimacy system is still in development. This is a tech demo: an early taste of Office Party's gameplay, characters, graphics, and technology, with plenty more to come.

Welcome to the neighborhood. Try to behave.

Create your character, explore Vista Del Brah, meet your neighbors, and see how your choices affect your relationships. There's a pool to hang around, a phone full of people to bother, attributes to work on, and Roxy's sunscreen minigame to put your very serious sun-safety skills to the test.

Whether you're coming from House Party or meeting us for the first time, this is a chance to get a feel for the world we're building. It isn't the full game or its complete story yet, so expect unfinished systems and a few things that still need our attention.

What's new since the last Beta?

For everyone who's already been testing, we've kept busy since 0.1.3191. A few highlights:

More ways to chat. Optional AI conversations now support your own typed responses, with clearer Items, Things to Do, Topics, and Chit-chat menus. Push-to-talk microphone dictation can turn your speech into text for AI conversations and phone replies.

A little help reading the room. Rapport-based hints offer guidance on relationship-changing dialogue choices, including scripted responses. The more Rapport you have, the more confident those hints become.

More character. We've expanded dialogue, greetings, reactions, and voice recordings, with more facial-performance work and refinements to Roxy's sunscreen interactions.

A better-looking neighborhood. There are improvements to hair movement, character and clothing deformation, customization controls, nighttime surroundings, swimming, underwater effects, and plenty of household items and gifts.

More fixes and polish. We've improved pickups, pool ladders, save/load restoration, graphics settings, and support diagnostics, alongside performance and stability work.

AI is still completely optional. You can play through the demo without it. If you want to experiment, the optional features give you another way to interact with the characters while we continue building them out.

What does this mean for Alpha and Beta Patrons?

More Alpha Office Party builds are coming in October! We'll keep releasing new Alpha and Beta content for their respective patron tiers as development continues. This free Tech Demo build gives everyone a preview while our patrons keep helping us shape what comes next.

I do enjoy this a lot, but I was wondering if you could add an option for a business suit? I know that the company is very relaxed, but a business suit (especially with an unbuttonable blouse and business skirt and stockings would look really nice. Just respectfully requesting.

Not sure if this has been answered In a previous post or not but do you plan on adding variation to the sex positions? Like maybe during doggystyle you pull hair or slap their ass, or diffrent stroke speeds.

I don't know about those specific examples, but thanks for the suggestions! But yea we're planning on making it more interactive! Sort of a hybrid between the cutscene system in House Party, and the original POV system if you remember that.

Oh! Then you're pretty much done. You should normally see a message that you've reached the end of the tech demo though after chatting with him. You can go around and play with AI stuff, and/or play with upgrading your stats and stuff, but you're done with the story stuff.

Really really laggy my PC can handle modern games but not this game,I've put on potato mode it doesn't get past 40 fps??? Can anyone explain

Hey everyone! First of all, sorry for my English, I’m French! 😅 I’m writing this as a French member of the EEK! Games community, and I can tell you we’re really impatient to see more of Office Party! Honestly, I think the game is already amazing for a beta. The characters feel true to the original House Party, the interactions are funny and lively, and the new character creator is awesome! My only issue so far is with the AI. It can be very slow, and sometimes it keeps loading forever without giving any answer. Maybe I’m doing something wrong, but I wanted to mention it. Apart from that, huge congratulations to the team for all the work so far. I can’t wait to see what comes next! Keep it up! ❤️

How are you supposed to clog 2 toilets, Couldn't do it in the Alpha can't do it in the beta, can't do it in the public release, If I can clog 1 toilet with condoms why can't I do that again, The bowl in the hall isn't empty even after taking 1 handful and inspecting it again "it says wow so many colours" If I buy another bowl on scamzon I can't take another handful to fill another toilet. I've ran around the whole building and can't find anything else to pick up anywhere to clog another toilet, The same type of issue happened in House Party when trying to follow quests, Can't figure out what to do get, give up and restort to a mod that enables certain features then never play the base game again even though i'd like to, but the main issue is, when I get stuck I waste around a hour trying to figure out what I'm supposed to do then give up, Everything was going great and smoothly until that point. IF you intend the player to use 2 different items to clog a toilet, then don't make it possible to acquire the same item that worked once already, that's confusing.

Just some feedback On Linux Ubuntu 26.04 it plays excellent using proton experimental. Slight stuttering when loading but other than that smooth as fuck! Can't wait for the release thank you for your amazing work!

great demo, love the game so far but I'm a little confused about how the first game connects to this one. Do we play as the same character from house party or are we an entirely different person? Because some people seem to recognize me like Frank does and our character knows who Katherine is but at the same time, some people from the last game talk to me and say things like I wasn't with them at the house party.

I'm also curious on what the map is going to look like and where we can explore in the game. We already know about Vista Del Brah and the office, but it looks like we are in the middle of a city. Are we able to explore the city during the game or are we stuck to just these two locations?

Hello developer! I’m from China. I played House Party a long time ago and really enjoyed it, so I’m very excited to see you’ve released a new project. I previously guessed that AI-driven dialogue would be added in the next installment—and as it turns out, I was right! I’m really looking forward to seeing it further refined, opening up even more gameplay possibilities. Will the full version be ready by the end of this year? Also, will there be support for the Chinese language? Once the full version is released, I’ll support you on Steam.
