Hey guys,

This update deals with addressing a few bugs that I've seen reported with the new build.  I will continue to release some bug fixes until we approach the beta release on 4/15, and then I will start work on 0.6.0.  Here are the fixes included in this version:

Fixed an issue with Madison’s textures

Save and Load function now loads item and inventory data correctly

Fixes for some users experiencing crashes

I am most interested to see if this clears up the issue some of you have been having with the game crashing occasionally.  If you still experience any crashes, please send me your crash logs.  I am not getting any crashes on my end, so I only have your submitted logs to go by to try to fix the issue.

Sooo... what am I missing to lock master bedroom door? Can't find a key other than bathroom one and fiddling with knob does nothing despite looking like it should be easily locked from within.

So like I'm getting to the part where it says how can I get 100% chance in ur pants and the voice for Katherine talks and tells me what I have to do but the text says it's not implemented yet

In 0.5.3? Are you sure you are not playing an older story version? Were you messing with the custom stories?

no. for mac its just not showing up but for 5.2 it works

0.5.2 is when that new content was added, so that's probably why.

Now I'm having this issue, the game isnt even loading. Not sure what to do now! lol C:\Users\Jonathan\Downloads\HouseParty.0.5.3.x64.1000 (1).zip: Checksum error in C:\Users\Jonathan\AppData\Local\Temp\Rar$DRa0.807\HouseParty_Data\resources.assets. The file is corrupt

It sounds like you're trying to run the game from inside the zip file. You need to right click on the zip file and extract it first, then run it from the generated folder.

Won't load any characters at all mate then crashes upon loading the menu, reverting back to old version was more stable :)
