Wherever possible, I try to pack as much detail into a panel as I can without it getting "busy". In panel one we've got Tilly sullenly returning from work, head hung low - the attempted interaction from coworkers indicative of her reputation. Getting "like that" is a known quanity, enough that some are wise enough to respect it. The others in the scene are in various stages of disrobing and disposing of garments - all within the makeshift setting of an ordinary bathroom. This feeling of ad-hoc infrastructure is pervasive throughout the comic and you'll probably find me repeating it ad nauseam. Patrick works on a folding table next to a board papered over in documents and notes. It probably isn't even an office as much as an unoccupied alcove he could fit in to do administrative work. His barely turned attention and blase patter emphasize what a routine this has become. He's half joking about getting a stamp - if Tilly does more of these maybe she'll get her own letterhead.

Thanks for all the detailed thought to which you commit and follow through. Just watched an Overly Sarcastic Productions "Trope Talk" about immortals. Red gave her viewers a look at a kitten photo, a couple of times, after some heavy material. Please make sure to give yourself what counts for you, personally, as kitten breaks.
