Bottom's up! I'm no expert, but shooting the dregs of outrageously oversteeped cold tea spiked with tincture of cocaine seems like a truly wretched way to get high. The reaction certainly would suggest that. Tilly crushes out the representation of her short break amid dozens of others as her stimulant nightcap takes hold and gets ready to burn the midnight oil. Point of note: I'm hardly an expert on drug abuse, but I'm fairly certain ingestion of cocaine would not hit you this fast  but the dilated pupils were dramatic so we'll just handwave that little bit of biochemistry.
