I'm really happy with how Gill turned out in this first panel. This represents my ideal of character art for the comic and I sometimes refer back to this panel as reference for other characters. Henderson is... Okay. Panel two is another vertical, which I've been trying to use more often where appropriate and I think it works very well here. The long look down the cluttered and haphazard alleyway matches the characters sizing up of the situation. We get a little dash of piss and vinegar from Henderson and suitably resigned reply from Gill. If this were voice acted, she would be sighing the line and I suppose I could have indicated that but I planned for just enough dialogue space.

As a rule, or perhaps inevitability, the more figures I put myself on the hook to draw in a scene the lower their individual level of detail is. I probably could have spent a little more time on these boys but they read fine as a crowd so I'm not too bothered.
