Just a big, dramatic page of fire, closing out the sequence. The ironic position CRO finds itself in is having to deliberately set fire to structures to sterilize them and then extinguish them before the building is completely destroyed or the blaze spreads. It's that kind of contradiction that I hope emphasizes how out of hand the situation has become and how awkward the tools to deal with it are.
