Sorin, from the upcoming Curse of Shadows & Thieves (The Blood Wraith trilogy)

"Sorin never thought he'd make it past his 20th birthday, let alone his  300th. Cursed by his own flesh & blood as the Vampiric Crown's  assassin, it didn't leave much hope for survival. But survive he did,  and as the years became longer and his world shrank, so did Sorin's  heart. Shunned by vampire and witch kind alike, he and his twin brother  Lucian eek out an existence in their family castle nestled in the  Carpathian mountains. But the castle's formidable exterior betrays its  crumbling existence. Resorting to tourism to save their home, their  paths collide with an American traveler, Dinah, who vibrates with a  magic they've never felt before. Lucian believe she may be the key to  ending Sorin's curse, but revealing themselves to a mortal has deadly  consequences. They would know; it's how the curse began."
