Hey everyone! I hope you are all fine and fighting through this pandemic successfully - it's a rough time again in my country but my inner introvert side still enjoys the stay at home part, luckily.

It's been a while since I have talked about the progress of the Andernya book because I was busy creating and sorting out old and new content for it, but I want to keep you all updated, because I have some exciting news!
Although I feel a little behind with the illustrations(mostly the big ones that take soooo much time to finish), I can finally say that the writing part is coming along really good, and I'm confident to think that it all can go into REAL editing before the christmas holidays!
I know, I promised a few months ago to get it out to you by christmas, and I'm so sorry for that rushed rushed statement guys :( I had to be honest with myself recently and admit that it is simply an unreachable goal. I don't want to rush it because I'm pretty much a perfectionist in matters like this, and releasing it too early could ruin the whole thing. I had honestly no idea that getting a book into the right form(self editing, professional editing, proof prints etc) and planning and marketing a book release will be so much work. Anyhow, I love it so far and I'm glad to be able to make it all by myself thanks to the many opportunities and communities that help the self-publishing artists and authors nowadays - all hail the internet-gods, haha :D I think even if it takes another half a year to get it all done and out there, the final product and all the artworks I'm planning to make will worth the wait ♥

So again, I can only thank you all for you patience and support - I hope whenever that magical release date will be, you all will be by my side still and we can celebrate it together! ♥

I am 100% with you! All the work, dedication and awesome-ness that you are putting into this first Andernya book of yours should be gathered with passion and patience. It will always be the first book, so you should be proud of it and should have the feeling that you did your best. Rushing into a deadline just to get it out seems wrong to me. Take your time Abi, we are curious and full of pleasant anticipation for this book but also willing wait until you are happy with the result!!! :)
