ARTBOOK and BOOK FOUNDER EVENT COMING! (Patreon)

Hey everybody :) Long post coming, get a tea or a coffee and sit back!

Most of you who follow me on Instagram probably already know this, but now that I’m done with some preparations I’m finally confident to turn this into an “official announcement” for You: MY FIRST ARTBOOK IS COMING SOON!

No, this is not the Andernya book just yet, but it’s equally if not even more exciting to me because it’s my very first real artbook including all kinds of artworks from the past few years - fanarts, my favourite commissioned pieces and tons of Andernya Project artworks of course! :) Starting with March 1, I will host a huge “Book founder event” here at Patreon with some special offers and a new tier.

So before going into the details of the book and the new tier, let me introduce You into what is behind this artbook and why I made it now.
My plan with this artbook is to raise some additional funds for the publication costs of the first Andernya book thus being able to publish it sooner, while also giving you something realy special in return!

How does money help? With a lot of things, but most importantly I could make more time to work on this project, and I would be able to push the written parts into professional editing sooner. Professional editing is needed for every written publication, and as this will be my debut as an author I want to make this as professional as possible. It will need to go through at least one round of editing, if not even more, and even with my very small wordcount one round of edit will be around 400 Euros. (I know I know I almost had a heart attack too when I got the enquiries.)

The artbook will be in A4 size, 42 full colored pages/46 in total/ including some step-by-steps and full page artworks on 150g premium quality glossy paper with perfect binding, matte cover with foil finish.

The artbook will be Patreon exclusive, and only available until the presale of the Andernya book, which will start around the middle of the summer or later, depending on the professional edit and other factors (like crafting all the goodies for the Founder’s boxes too)!

You will be able to get the book by joining a new temporary tier called Circle of Masters for 50 eur - this includes the book and all packaging and shipping fees.

And for the sake of transparency, here is the math and how I came up with this price(which I know can look a bit expensive):

• printing costs: roughly €4 / book *UPDATE: the final printing cost of the books will be €8/piece, because I had to change a few things and switch printing company due to low quality issues with the first company. Nonethless, the price of the tier stays the same!
• packaging: €2 - will be sent in a reinforced and waterproof A4 envelope
• shipping: this can vary from €10 to up to €30 depending on the destination

So in the end, roughly around 10-30€ / book will go into the funding of the Andernya Project.

Plans for the event:

Everyone joining(or upgrading to) the Founders+ tier before the event will automatically receive a copy of the artbook with free shipping inside the EU(including the UK :P ) OR 50% off from international shipping (BUT if you have been a Founder member for more than 1 month already, you get free international shipping regardless of the destination!)

Every new Patron who joins before April 1st gets a set of patreon exclusive, handmade TAP (The Andernya Project:P)bookmarks!

Everyone who is already a Patron of mine will receive this regardless of their tier - I will ship them alongside the first batch of Artbooks in March. If you upgrade your tier to a higher one during this time, you get an additional set of A6 sized signed mini prints.
