I wonder, is it a matter of pricing? He wants a lover, not a sex bot, so he ordered a sex bot but wants to fall in love first, get to know her first. But why not order a companion model with additional sex bot programming? I’m gonna guess it’s more expensive since it means shoving two models into a single one, but maybe there’s a different reason for why he went with the most awkward option
