I believe it is also called a styler, which is a small closet/wardrobe to hang your chosen outfit in. Apparently it steams the clothes, deodorizing/sanitizing them and releasing wrinkles.

an air dresser keep your clothes fresh in your closet, it uses steam i believe.. i only know this cuz i was just as confused as you when i first watched this so i had to google lol
