The letter ㅂ in hangul is pronounced as a mix of a "b" and a "p" sound in english. Thus, when it's romanized it turns into either one of those two. The letter ㅇ in hangul have a different pronounciation depending on how its used in a syllable. Also the letter ㅈ(seven leaning back as you described) is pronounced as a mix of "j" and "ch" in english. Hope this helped!

If you don't mind, I will explain you a little about this consonant ㅇ. In hangeul every word consists of syllables. In the game, they gave the first letters of each syllable. The consonant ㅇ can be used in the beginning or the end of the syllable. When it is used in the beginning, it's not pronounced, but you need to write it before each vowel, because syllables can not be started with vowel. So for example in the word 엄마 (omma) we have two syllables 엄 and 마. You can see that in first syllable we pronounce "om" but in front of the vowel ㅓ we used the consonant ㅇ, it's not pronounced. If this consonant is in the end of the syllable (also called patchim) it's pronounced as the nasal sound "ng". I hope it was a little bit helpful, love you <3
